Minimally invasive surgery has many benefits compared to traditional procedures: patients can usually return to work sooner, experience less pain after surgery, have less scar tissue formation, and have smaller skin incisions.

Thanks to the minimally invasive nature of our surgery, patients are discharged the same day. Our dedicated nurses and their assistants are making sure that every patient recovers fully before leaving the hospital.

In cases of laparoscopic hysterectomies patients are kept over night in our special ward where they are cared for by specialist nursing staff. Overnight stay is also necessary in cases where open surgery (laparotomy) was done, as in case of myomectomy (removal of large and multiple uterine fibroid tumours with the aim of preserving the uterus for fertility, for which our doctors are highly experienced ).
